These programs are co-located with the GP Clinic at East Perth and cover the Perth metropolitan area or beyond as needed. Other specialised services such as Eye and Ear Health are available through each site.

The Regional Eye Health program aims to co-ordinate and deliver eye health services to Aboriginal people in the Perth metropolitan and south west regions of Western Australia. They provide retinopathy (screening) for people with diabetes and train other staff in use of the optometric equipment.
