Derbarl Yerrigan's Home and Community Care (HACC) program aims to provide a comprehensive, coordinated and integrated culturally appropriate service to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander frail aged people and young people with a disability with in the Perth Metropolitan area. |
| General Clinical Services |

Clinic, provides medical screening and triage services for clients awaiting GP medical consultations. These services are provided by Aboriginal Health Workers (AHW’s) and Registered Nurses (RN’s). Once screening and triage has been completed, Doctors provide medical consultations, treatment and referrals where appropriate. Services provided through the clinic include wound care, child and adult immunisations, flu vaccinations, pathology, education, referrals, prescriptions, health checks, minor medical procedures, and more (for further information please contact clinic staff).
