Stolen Generation - Bringing them Home |
The Stolen Generation program provides a comprehensive service to improve the social and emotional well-being of Aboriginal people in the Perth metropolitan region. |
Maternal and Child Health Program |
This program aims to improve health of women during and after pregnancy and also young children especially aged 0-5 years |
Home and Community Care Program |
Derbarl Yerrigan's Home and Community Care (HACC) program aims to provide a comprehensive, coordinated and integrated culturally appropriate service to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander frail aged people and young people with a disability with in the Perth Metropolitan area. |
| Ear Care |

Ear Health Program, provides regular ear health screening to schools with high percentages of Indigenous children, as well as offering the screening within the clinic. This program includes a successful partnership with an ENT Specialist, Dr Harvey Coates and his team, which allows for the fast tracking of children to the hospitals for treatments and operations. Also linked with this program is the services offered by the Australian Hearing Service, who continue to support DYHS with monthly visits from an Audiologist, assisting many clients with hearing aids. The Ear Health Team have also provided their services to children in the rural regions including Brookton, Quairading, Beverly and Pingelly. |
