The Maddington site is a community orientated service with a commitment to delivering the best possible service to clients. The GP Clinic at Maddington is situated to cover the south east corridor of the Perth metropolitan area including Cannington and Armadale. The GP Clinic is supplemented by Ear and Eye Health Workers visiting and a visiting Physiotherapist.

Alongside the GP Clinic are the programs of Maternal and Child Health and Environmental Health which cover the entire metropolitan region.
