Waangkininy Health in Peel’s (WHIP) vision is to improve the quality of life (mind, body & soul) for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families living in the Peel region. (WHIP) is a community-controlled family health and wellbeing service, that would link indigenous people to services and undertake health prevention workshops, and child health development programs for young indigenous mothers and their babies.
